Commercial and Apartment High-Efficiency Toilet Program 
The district is offering free installation of high-efficiency toilets to qualifying businesses, apartments and schools in Santa Clara County.

Water Submeter Rebate Program
The Santa Clara Valley Water District is offering a rebate (up to $100 per installed water submeter) to mobile home parks and condominium complexes for changing from a master water meter to individual water submeters. The water district found that complexes that install water submeters reduce their water use by 15-30 percent!

Table Tents for Restaurants: "Drinking Water By Request" 
The water district is offering free laminated table tents to restaurants which inform patrons that drinking water is offered by request only. Call (408) 265-2607, ext. 2554 for your free restaurant table tents today.
Water Efficient Technologies (WET) Program
Are water, sewer or energy costs eating into your bottom line? Rebates are available to any business that makes process or equipment changes that conserve water and reduce wastewater flows. Commercial Clothes Washer Rebate Program
The water district is offering rebates of $400 per unit on purchased and leased high-efficiency commercial washing machines.

High-Efficiency Faucet Aerators - FREE to your business
Replace your old, inefficient faucet aerators with new, low-flow faucet aerators, free from the District. Changing out your high-flow faucet aerators with these aerators, which flow at 0.5 gallons per minute, can help you save on your water and energy bills. Pre-Rinse Sprayers - FREE to Restaurants and Food Stores 
The amount of water used by pre-rinse kitchen sprayers is significant. We are offering you a FREE solution to SAVE up to $1,000 per year on water, energy and waste-water costs by replacing your pre-rinse kitchen sprayer with a new, high-efficiency, high-velocity spray valve (1.15 gallons per minute). Landscape Survey Program
Rethinking your business landscaping is a great way to save water and money. Santa Clara Valley Water District can help landscape managers improve a site's irrigation efficiency. The Water District's Landscape Survey Program has surveyors evaluate and suggest ways to better manage your outdoor water use. Our surveys show potential savings of up to $1,000 per acre of landscape.

Landscape Rebate Program
The Landscape Rebate Program is designed to assist homeowners and commercial, industrial and institutional property owners increase their outdoor water use efficiency by replacing high water use landscape and/or upgrading to qualifying high efficiency irrigation equipment. Simple changes in plant type and irrigation methods can greatly reduce the water required for an attractive landscape. There are many plants that use surprisingly little water. There are also several irrigation equipment upgrades that can increase your irrigation system’s efficiency which can result in saving water and saving money.
