Public Review Draft  Draft Program Environmenal Impact Report (DEIR)

This DEIR provides a programmatic (general) analysis of the entire project, and a project-specific analysis of the Short-term Phase I section which extends from the existing recycled water facility to Monterey Road. The DEIR identifies potential environmental impacts resulting from the project and provides mitigations to reduce all impacts to less than significant.
