Mitigated Negative Declaration |
| Description |
The proposed project involves an attempt to age date subsurface sediments (optimally carbon rich) in the vicinity of fault traces. Surface features and historical geologic reports are used to locate these fault traces. Three sites have been selected for data collection utilizing a small hand mobilized drill rig or a slightly larger truck mounted drill rig. One site will also have a paleo-seismic trench constructed.

Draft Program Environmenal Impact Report (DEIR) |
| Description |
The project consists of the phased installation of approximately 10 miles of recycled water pipelines in the City of Gilroy and its vicinity. This DEIR provides a programmatic (general) analysis of the entire project, and a project-specific analysis of the Short-term Phase I section which extends from the existing recycled water facility to Monterey Road. The DEIR identifies potential environmental impacts resulting from the project and provides mitigations to reduce all impacts to less than significant.
